Native Medicinal Herbs for the Home Apothecary and Kitchen
During the May monthly meeting, Liz will introduce ways to use native medicinal herbs in cooking and creating basic first-aid remedies for home use. She will bring samples to try from her own kitchen and will share recipes and tips for safe foraging and medicine making.
A short hike on the trail leading from the BUMC shelter will follow the presentation at the shelter.
