THE SANDHILLS CHAPTER INAUGURAL GARDEN TOUR SATURDAY JUNE 6TH, 9AM – 12PM
JOIN US FOR THE SANDHILLS CHAPTER INAUGURAL GARDEN TOUR SATURDAY JUNE 6TH, 9AM – 12PM
The Sandhills Chapter of the NC Native Plant Society is excited to share 3 beautiful gardens focused on native trees, shrubs, grasses and perennials for a garden tour the first weekend of June from 9am – 12pm. This is a free, in-person event and a great opportunity to see different creative/artistic uses of our beautiful flora we have in this area. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event!
Space will be limited, so please sign up as soon as possible to ensure your place for the tour. To RSVP, please reply to our email: sandhills@ncwildflower.org with your first and last name. One email per person signing up and because this is a limited person event it is up to you to register for yourself only.
You can peruse the gardens at your leisure starting at 9am and ending at 12pm. We will have our committee members helping with traffic/parking and we just ask that you not arrive before 9am or stay after noon at any one of the gardens. We are excited that these NCNPS members are giving so much of their time and gardens. We think you will enjoy the way they show their love of native plants in their yards and the birds and pollinators that enjoy them as well!
Once we have our RSVP list set, we will send out the addresses of the homes. We thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at our first garden tour.
Below are the 3 gardens that will be on tour and they are relatively close together with 2 in Southern Pines and then one just down the road off Youngs Road in Vass.
