Hoffman Nursery Visit
Fall is a perfect time to learn about grasses and we are very excited to visit Hoffman Nursery, a provider of ornamental grasses for over 35 years, on September 17th. This is a members only event and is limited to 15 participants.
It is about 1hr 15 minutes from Greensboro, north of Durham. If there is excessive rain that day we may reschedule. Our rain date is Sept. 24, 10am.
We are pleased to have Preston Montague, landscape architect, artist and educator, join us at Hoffman Nursery for a tour featuring grasses, carex and select perennials. He will discuss his award winning design honored with a 2025 Perennial Plant Association Landscape Design Merit Award for the Green Infrastructure Gardens at Hoffman Nursery.
Recognizing the growing demand for native perennials, especially in green infrastructure measures, Hoffman Nursery announced their Green Infrastructure Collection. This collection includes their existing Grass Solutions line and the new Perennial Solutions line, which features 18 flowering perennials. The grasses will be featured this time of the year in their landscape.
Hoffman Nursery is a wholesale nursery and plants will not be available for sale.
