Flower Hill Nature Preserve Trip, Johnston County

Triangle land Conservancy’s Flower Hill Nature Preserve on the border of Wake and Johnston Counties is a property that is unusual and unique. Here’s hoping we can time it to see the rhododendrons in bloom.

Flower Hill, NC

8893 State Rd 2110, Middlesex, NC 27557

A 25-acre preserve in Johnston County.

We will meet in the parking lot there, and trek the trail at a leisurely pace, looking for our local Native plants.

The trail is short, and one way. Please wear a mask, and long pants, as poison ivy will also be growing. This trip is suitable for families, though there is a steep part on the trail.

We are limiting the group to 20. Please use this link to sign up for all attendees:

Look forward to seeing you there!
