Flower Hill Field Trip, Middlesex, NC

Triangle Land Conservancy’s Flower Hill Nature Preserve in Johnston County (just across the Wake Co line) is best known for the Catawba Rhododendrons that bloom in early May, but there’s plenty worth seeing in December too in this relict montane- crossed-with-coastal-plain habitat.  Join us for a walk to explore this “freak of nature”!
