NC State Fair — NCNPS Garden Update, Visit Us at Our Gardens
Our 2026 State Fair garden is preparing for another year!
Sign up here to volunteer in the booth or native gardens at the fair.
We need you to sign up quickly as we need to get our ticket orders in. Please consider several shifts. If you can only serve one shift we still want you to come help.
We lost some plants due to the drought this year and us not being able to water. We can now get in and work on all three gardens so we will be having frequent workdays. We will have lots of planting to do, either in the ground or in containers. If you have any NC native plants to donate that will be blooming in a few weeks we would love to accept them.
We will be giving a State Fair Presentation each day at 11:00am on the Flower Show Stage. Yes they will have the whole stage for us to use this year! Our topic will be something like “Plant This Instead”.
