Reid Chapter meeting and presentation: “Native Pollinator Meadow in Downtown Raleigh”

A pollinator meadow in downtown Raleigh?  Yes!  The NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources chose to demonstrate the beauty and power of native plants by installing a native pollinator meadow in front of their headquarters building on Jones Street.  Come learn more about this highly visible landscaping project that is receiving much public interest and bringing pollinators to downtown Raleigh.  Presented by Karen Rindge, landscape designer and owner of Rooted in Nature Designs.

Meeting at Leaf & Limb office, 511 Nowell Rd, Raleigh

Registration required, NCNPS members have priority.  Opens on January 7 to non-members.

See the DNCR website for more info about the meadow’s native plants.
