Toby Creek Stream Restoration Tour

Karri Blackmon, President and CEO of Habitat Assessment & Restoration Professionals (HARP) and Tyler O’Mara will provide members with a guided walk and explanation of the stream and habitat restoration work they’ve completed and continue to perform on the Toby Creek Stream Restoration Project This walk will showcase the native vegetation HARP installed and as well as areas where HARP continues to perform invasive/exotic/undesirable vegetation management services. HARP uses native vegetation as a foundation for ecosystem health and erosion control.

Join us afterwards at 2pm in the Friday Building on campus as Charlotte Storm Water presents on their work to revitalize and stabilize riparian corridors using native vegetation.
