Important things to know before you register: This is a multi-part registration process.

This is a member event! If you are not currently a member, we welcome you to join or renew with us to participate in our celebration of 75 years and growing. We will verify all memberships Wild Apricot does not confirm. There is a ticket on the registration form that includes membership as well.
Know before you go to the registration page
Decide if you are joining a field trip OR workshop Saturday morning. The descriptions for all workshops and field trips are on this webpage.. On the registration form, you will simply select if you are registering for one or the other. These are all happening at the same time, so choose only 1 field trip, OR 1-2 workshops (there is a 930 and 1045 workshop)
Check out the 4 choices for lunch. Descriptions for all lunches are on the webpage. Decide on your lunch choice. Only the main ingredient of the sandwich will be on the registration form.
Register for the Main Event
The “main event” includes the registration for the whole Celebration. (field trips, workshops, coffee/tea & water station, lunch, and afternoon sessions)
Things you should know before you register:
We have 5 tickets for this event. Most of you will choose the Main Event ticket.
Those not members may choose Main Event + membership
We have one for speakers and trip leaders (they need a code) and two for plant sale vendors, – one includes membership (their name should be on an approved list).
We have added these tickets to help streamline the process.
Complete the registration form via the blue “REGISTER HERE” button on the webpage or below.
Pay the $30 registration fee. (A great price for all the learning opportunities plus lunch). There are also tickets that include membership if you are not a member, and our special speaker and vendor tickets.
Please note the Wild Apricot system works best if you have a paypal account. If you want to use a credit or debit card it gets very complicated. We apologize in advance. We cannot do anything about this and want you to be aware. Use paypal if at all possible to ensure a seamless registration.
Confirmations, Google Form, and Selecting your Field Trip or Workshop
You will receive confirmation after you register for the Main Event via Wild Apricot.
In that confirmation, there will be a link to a Google Form. If you are choosing to participate in a field trip or workshops, go to this link and select your choice. Please do this as soon as you get the WA confirmation. If you are unable to complete your registration due to payment, come back to this link to make your selection. We will need to see a pending registration in the system to accept your choice.
We will be monitoring capacity limits and will let you know if you need to choose another option. If the word FULL appears in front of a field trip or workshop, please do not choose it. You will receive confirmation for the option you chose directly from a registration team member.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact triangle@ncwildflower.org and we will figure out if your email was entered correctly or what went wrong.
Deadline and Cancellations
The last day to register and be guaranteed lunch is September 8. Mark this deadline on your calendar or just be one of the first to register so you do not need to worry! We cannot accept registrations at the event.
If you need to cancel your registration, contact us! There are no refunds for this event. You may however gift or sell your ticket to another member.
