Calling all native plant aficionados from every nook and cranny of North Carolina! Join us at  scenic Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC, as we come together to celebrate our shared love affair with native plants.

🌿 Plant-tastic Adventures Await:

• Take a leisurely stroll through the university’s pollinator and rain gardens and hike along nature trails, soaking up the beauty of our native flora.
• Renew old friendships and forge new connections with fellow plant enthusiasts hailing from all corners of the state.

🌺 Annual Meeting & Auction:

• Gather in the charming confines of the Pfeiffer University Chapel for our annual meeting. Get the lowdown on the state of our society, witness the election of fresh faces to our board, and cheer for the remarkable achievements of our chapters.
• Brace yourself for an exciting auction of unique native plants generously donated by our members. Who knows? You might snag the botanical treasure of your dreams!

🌱 Plant Sale, Picnic & Jam Session:

• Score some green goodies at our legendary plant sale, where every purchase supports our noble cause of promoting native plants across North Carolina.
• Chow down on mouthwatering BBQ, fresh salads, and delectable desserts at our picnic feast. Whether you prefer lounging under the shade of towering trees or chilling inside the cool confines of the Jane Freeman building, we’ve got you covered!
• Tap your toes to the groovy tunes of Pollen Oats, our resident botany band, as you mingle, munch, and make merry with your fellow plant-loving pals on the lush green lawn.

The Schedule

Please check in at the Welcome Station when you arrive. Drop off your donated plants and food for the picnic between 9:00am and 10:00am.

Arrival   Check in at the Welcome Station, grab your name tag, drop off plants and food

9:00-10:00   Browse community organization tables, take self-guided hikes

10:00-10:30   Annual Meeting

10:30-11:00   Live auction of select special plants

11:30-1:30   Lunch and live music by Pollen Oats starts after auction

11:30   Plant sale and picnic open

2:00   Final plant purchases
