DESCRIPTION:\n\nYou are invited, on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, to a joint celebration sale of native plants and local ecology with the Southern Piedmont Chapter of NCNPS. The sale will be held from noon to 3pm.\nIn a joint event, the Innovation Barn is hosting the autumn sale of native plants, local compost products and home-grown vegetables. The Innovation Barn is a collective of creative individuals dedicated to sustainability, repurposing and recycling: https://www.innovationbarnclt.com/\nVendors include Byrdhouse Natives, For the Birds and the Bees, Waxhaw Worm Farm and others. NC Native Plant Society – Southern Piedmont Chapter will also be selling native plants, with all proceeds going to the Innovation Barn and NCNPS.\nThe Innovation Barn will be open from 11am to 4pm, and visitors to the sale are welcome to walk through the Barn and see all the wonderfully creative work going on repurposing, reusing and reducing various waste products.\nChange Please Coffee, working to alleviate homelessness will be open at the Barn, offering delicious treats and drinks for hungry gardeners! For each purchase at Change Please, customers will receive a packet of Native Wildflower seeds.\nThis event is to highlight our smaller local member native plant growers and help get more native plants in the gardens of persons eager to support the local ecology, and looking for more and easily accessible places to buy natives.\n\n\n
