DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday, April 16th from 10:30am to 1:30pm, Triad member Ann Walter-Fromson will lead a hike along the Great Blue Heron Trail at the Iron Ore Belt Access section of Haw River State Park.\nNote: The Iron Ore Belt Access is separate from the main entrance to Haw River State Park, it is located at 6068 N. Church St., Greensboro, NC 27455\nThe trail is a 3.2 mile loop and is listed as moderate hiking difficulty\nThere are restroom facilities by the parking lot at the connector trail that leads to the Great Blue Heron loop trail.
