SUMMARY:Tour of Blomquist Native Plant Garden, Durham
DESCRIPTION:Tour the Blomquist Native Plant Garden at Sarah P. Duke Gardens with Bobby Mottern, the garden’s Director of Horticulture.  The main show in late September is likely to be in the sunnier places – prairie area, new bog garden, and open woods at the top of the garden – though original mesic woodland section of the garden is beautiful at all seasons.  If time allows we may explore other parts of Duke Gardens, but native plants are the focus of this tour.\nRegistration required; group cap is 20.  NCNPS members will have priority for signing up.  Registration will open to non-members after September 19 if space is still available. \n
