SUMMARY:Triad Chapter Plant Swap
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday May 4th at 10:00am for the Annual Plant Swap at High Point City Lake Park ( https://www.highpointnc.gov/2703/High-Point-City-Lake-Park ), at Shelter #6 ( https://www.highpointnc.gov/DocumentCenter/View/21717/City-Lake-Park-Map-2023 ). Turn into the entrance and stay left onto the road, once you reach the lake you will see signs for shelters. Plenty of parking is available beside the shelter.\n602 W. Main St.\nJamestown, NC 27282\nNote: we will not be holding our usual Wednesday meeting in May\nWe will be doing a potluck; please bring a covered dish to share! Also bringing your own cup or water bottle is strongly encouraged to help reduce waste.\nIf you plan to bring plants for the swap, please have them labeled with the botanical and common name if possible. \nAs you are potting plants, a good rule of thumb is to pot your plant babies 4-6 weeks in advance to give them time to settle. As usual, members who bring plants will have the first opportunity to select plants.\nNothing to share?  No problem, we will have plenty available! Many members are tremendously knowledgeable about native plants, so it will also be a great opportunity to ask questions and learn.\nPlease join us!\n
