DESCRIPTION:Have you wanted to grow your own native plants from seed?  Join Nathan Buchanan of Wildbud Natives for a hands-on seed propagation class.  We’ll discuss concepts associated with seed propagation- responsible collection, cleaning, stratification including winter sowing, germination codes and factors – and then do some hands-on seed cleaning.  Participants can bring seed if they are interested in learning cleaning techniques, and can expect to take seed home from the class.\n\nThe class is $10, payable at the class.\n\nNathan Buchanan is owner of Wildbud Natives in Marshall, NC.  Wildbud Natives grow native plants for conservation and restoration uses, and have a Field Team for meadow building and other conservation projects.\n\nRegister ( https://northcarolinanativeplantsociety.wildapricot.org/event-5530910 )\n
