Registration will open soon!\nAbout our Speaker\nDr. Alison Northup is a lifelong plant lover who first studied mathematics and had a successful career as an actuary before completing a doctorate in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior at the University of Texas in Austin, TX, specializing in plant ecology. She is an at-large board member of NCNPS and is the owner of Piedmont Plants Nursery ( https://piedmontplantsnursery.com/ ), a native plant nursery that will open in Spring 2024 in Rural Hall, NC.\nDr. Alison Northup\n
